Encouragement from Jenn Hook

Jenn Hook, Founder of Replanted

There is something really powerful knowing that others are going through the same unique challenges. Jenn Hook offers a word of encouragement to foster and adoptive parents who are seeking emotional support. Jenn is the Founder and Executive Director of Replanted – a ministry that helps empower the church to support adoptive and foster families by providing emotional, tangible, and informational support. Every October, Replanted offers a conference for foster and adoptive parents to be able to connect with others who are in this space.
